We describe our storage and accessories as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes can appear differently on different screens, and there is some variation between production batches. Small differences between an image and the item you receive are normal and not a fault. Where a supplier does not publish a specification such as a material or a weight limit, the product page says so rather than estimating one.
Installation guidance is general
Any installation guidance on this site, including fixing types and mounting heights, is general advice for typical walls and floors. Buildings vary. You are responsible for identifying what is inside a wall before drilling, including cables and pipes, for choosing a fixing rated for your wall and your bike, and for working safely. Wall storage carries a real load: if you are not certain the wall will hold it, use a floor stand or get the fixing specified by someone who can assess it.
