Shipping & returns
Tracked delivery anywhere in Europe. It is free on orders of €60 or more, and a flat €22 below that. Allow 5 to 7 days, after a 24 to 48 hour handling time.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason, and a further 14 days to send it back in resaleable condition. We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery. You cover the cost of returning it unless the item is faulty.
If it arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we put it right at no cost to you under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the EU Sale of Goods Directive 2019/771, return postage included.
Wipe it down rather than machine washing it, because a wash strips the water-resistant finish. Dry it out after a wet ride rather than leaving it packed.

About this product
The same 10 litre rack bag, under the name you searched for.
Water-resistant fabric, protective padding, insulated lining. Sits on a rear rack rather than under the saddle.
This is the same 10 litre rack bag we sell as the Bike Bag. It has its own page because people search for a saddle bag and people search for a pannier, and they mean this.
Worth saying plainly: despite the name, it sits on a REAR RACK rather than under the saddle. A true under-saddle wedge pack is a much smaller, different thing.
Water-resistant fabric with protective padding, so what is inside is cushioned against the shock that comes up through a bike.
The lining is insulated, which keeps a drink or lunch at temperature.
You need a rear rack. There is no rack included.
The honest version first: this page and our Bike Bag page sell the same item. Both exist because the words people use differ, and sending someone to a page that does not match what they typed helps nobody.
The name is the one thing that misleads. A saddle bag usually means a small wedge strapped under the seat, holding a tube and tyre levers. This is not that. It is a 10 litre bag that sits on a rear rack.
At 10 litres it takes a shop, a change of clothes or a day's kit, which is the practical commuting size.
The padding cushions the contents against road shock, which matters because a bike passes every ridge straight up through the rack.
On the fabric we use the supplier's word: water-resistant, not waterproof. It sheds rain. Anything that must stay dry belongs in a dry bag inside it.
Independent customer feedback
What do our customers say?
Company-wide reviews published on Trustpilot. Every public rating is included.
Ordered a floor standing bike stand in the UK. Sadly it wasn’t that helpful to park the rear tire as the mudguard just got in the way. Tried to leave a review on their website which said that you had to be a customer to log in - but there was no way to do this. Even the chatbot said the same and suggested that I contact the company directly. So maybe the reviews you can read on their website might well be bogus. And their Trust Pilot rating doesn’t match what is on Trust Pilot!
I’m based in the uk and bought it for my daughter in New Zealand. It was easy to order and buy and I was kept upto date by email. I forwarded the tracking details to her and it arrived on time and she’s very pleased with it.
I bought a storage tent online and the process was swift and smooth, no issues at all. The tent also arrived 4 days earlier then the expected date, so it was a great surprise! Highly recommend and will shop with them again soon. 😊
From the start, the “tracking” they provided was useless. It wasn’t a normal carrier number (like FedEx, UPS, or USPS) you can click or paste into a browser. When I reached out, they responded with a generic “it’s accessible in our system” message and didn’t actually provide visibility or help.
It was supposed to arrive on Saturday. It finally arrived on Wednesday, but a part was missing, and support was unresponsive again. I figured it out myself, but that’s not the point... product support should exist for a reason.
All in all, the product eventually showed up, but the lack of transparency and basic support made it a frustrating experience. I wouldn’t order from them again.
Purchased two Bike Floor Parking Stands 14 Oct 2024. Stands are not suitable for bicycles with rear mud guards. Also heavy eBikes just push the stand along the floor even on rough flooring. Requested a refund and was advised had to return the stands to Thailand. Got quotes to send back and almost cost as much as the Stands. The website is deceiving as it implies it is an Australian Site and there is also an Australian administration administration address. Also there is only a 15 day refund policy, which does not comply with Australian Consumer Law. I found an almost identical item on another website for approximately $90 per unit less. I should have known better. Will not be ripped off again.
This upright stand is a solution I couldn't find anywhere else - it stands alone as an innovative way to store your bike taking up the least room

Not an Irish Company which I assumed when I went onto the website and saw an Irish Flag beside the name. Product was shipped from Thailand and was caught at customs to pay taxes (albeit a small amount), which DHL didn't chase when delivering. The bike tent is like any other tent advertised elsewhere on Asian website at half the price. As I was trying to shop local (online) I won't be using this company again.
The bike stand is robust, easily adjustable to any position. It can even be bolted to the floor if space is available. All in all it makes cleaning and maintenance so much easier.
Scam!!! They fooled me good. I paid 130euro for a bike trainer that they themselves bought off amazon for 50euro. They aren't answering any customer service emails. They don't list the real name of the products so you can't Google them to compare prices. Scam. Don't be like me, don't be fooled.
Prompt delivery and fair price for product.
Needed assembly but simple tools needed were with the product.
Bike Stand worked well in horizontal bike storing position but I was disappointed with vertical storage position option. Bike was heavy to position vertically and the support arm provided for the upper front wheel position was difficult to engage with front bike wheel and too fragile a support.
Wish I had seen the review from Annette below prior to ordering. Experienced the same issue. The website is posing as an Irish company, the product received was not as advertised and was of much less quality than the product shown in the advertisement. I should have known better, avoid at all costs!
This company advertises products that they do not actually sell. When you order, they deliver a similar product to the one advertised on their website, but it is of lesser quality and may have a defect. This is a typical Asian selling practice that is spreading through Europe. They put a great picture but sell a total crap. The item is often worth a fraction of the price they charge. If you decide to return the product, they will deduct a fee from your refund, and you have to pay the return postage. Despite having an Irish address, they are not an Irish company, and the return will be to the UK or Thailand. It appears that they are not only selling fake products, but also pretending to be an authentic Irish company. PayPal's Buyer Protection does not provide helpful assistance in such cases. I've learned my lesson, so I advise you to avoid this company at all costs. Be sure to research the product that is on the web before considering buying it from this company.
You can change your mind. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason, and a further 14 days to send it back in resaleable condition. We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery.
If it turns up faulty, damaged or not as described, that is on us. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 covers you, we pay the return postage, and you can have a repair, a replacement or your money back. Read the full detail on our refunds and returns page, or ask us anything before you order.
Yes. It is the same 10 litre rack bag listed under a second name, because people search for both. Buying either gets you the same item.
Why do you have two pages for one bag?
People look for a saddle bag and people look for a pannier, and they mean this. Rather than guess which word you use, both pages exist and both lead to the same product.
Is it a saddle bag that fits under the seat?
No, and this is worth being clear about. Despite the name, it is a RACK bag: it sits on a rear rack, not under the saddle. A true under-saddle wedge pack is a different and much smaller thing.
How big is it?
10 litres.
Do I need a rack?
Yes. There is no rack included and no under-saddle mounting.
Is it waterproof?
The supplier says water-resistant rather than waterproof, and we have kept their word. It handles rain; use a dry bag inside for anything that must stay dry.
Is it padded?
Yes, with protective padding that cushions the contents against road shock.
Does it have an insulated lining?
Yes, so a drink or lunch keeps its temperature.
Will it fit my rack?
Most standard rear racks. Send us a photo if yours is unusual.
Can I use it as a rucksack?
It is described as a cycling rucksack on the live listing, but it is built to sit on a rack. Treat it as a rack bag.
What is it made of?
Water-resistant fabric with soft padding. The supplier does not name the fabric.
How heavy is it?
The supplier does not publish a weight.
Will it hold shopping?
Yes, that is one of the main uses at 10 litres.
Will it hold a laptop?
A small one, though there is no padded sleeve. Use a sleeve inside it.
Can I take it off the bike?
Yes, it is designed to come off and be carried.
Does it come with a shoulder strap?
The supplier does not list one.
Is it reflective?
The supplier does not specify. Use lights rather than relying on a bag.
Can I fit two?
One per rack. A second would need a front rack.
Does it change how the bike handles?
Less than a backpack does. Weight over the rear wheel is the most stable place to carry it.
Can I wash it?
Wipe it down. A machine wash strips the water-resistant finish.
Is it good for touring?
For a light overnight trip. Longer touring usually wants panniers on both sides for balance.
Does it have internal pockets?
The supplier does not detail the internal layout.
Will it fit a child's bike?
Only if that bike has a rear rack sized for it.
Should I leave it on the bike when parked?
Take it with you. It is made to lift off.
What if a buckle breaks?
Faulty goods rights apply. Email us.
Which page should I order from?
Either. They are the same product and the same price.
How long does delivery take?
5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. Express is available at checkout.
Is delivery free?
Yes on orders of EUR 60 or more. Below that it is a flat EUR 22.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days to change your mind, and faulty goods rights apply separately.
Where do you deliver?
Across Europe. Prices are in euro and shown including tax.

Saddle bag, pannier or rack bag
6 min readBike Stand Company
The words people use do not match the products
A "saddle bag" to one rider is a tiny wedge under the seat with a tube in it.
To another it is anything that carries their shopping. A "pannier" strictly means
a bag hanging beside a wheel. A "rack bag" sits on top of the rack.
This product is the third one. It has this page because plenty of people
search using the first two words and mean exactly this.
What it is not
It is not an under-saddle wedge. If you want somewhere to keep a spare tube, a
multi tool and two tyre levers permanently on the bike, that is a different and
much smaller product, and this is not it.
What it is
A 10 litre bag that sits on a rear rack. Big enough for a shop, a change of
clothes or a day's kit, with padding to protect the contents and an insulated
lining for food and drink.
You need a rear rack for it. That is the most common ordering mistake with any
bag of this type.
Tell us the bike, the space and the wall you are working with, and we will tell you what fits before you buy. Free delivery across Europe on orders over €60.
Bike Saddle Bags (site SKU bike-bag, warehouse pick code bike-bag) sold by Bike Stand Company at
bikestand.eu.com, EUR 49. IMPORTANT: this is the SAME PHYSICAL PRODUCT as the Bike Bag listed at
/bike-bag, sold under a second keyword slug because buyers search for both terms; a CEO ruling
of 2026-08-15 confirmed one product, two pages, and this page is excluded from the shopping feed
so Merchant Centre receives a single offer. A 10 litre rear rack bicycle bag in water-resistant
fabric with protective padding and an insulated lining. Despite the name "saddle bag", it mounts
on a REAR RACK and is not an under-saddle wedge pack, which is a much smaller and different
product; the page states this explicitly to prevent a mistaken order. No rack is included. The
supplier does not publish a weight, the fabric name or the internal layout, and the page says so
rather than estimating. The fabric is described as water-resistant rather than waterproof and
the listing does not upgrade that term. Stock item, so the 14 day EU right of withdrawal applies
in full. Delivery Europe wide, free over EUR 60, otherwise EUR 22.
