Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason, and a further 14 days to send it back in resaleable condition. We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery. You cover the cost of returning it unless the item is faulty.
If it arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we put it right at no cost to you under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the EU Sale of Goods Directive 2019/771, return postage included.
Dry the tools after a wet job and keep them together. A drivetrain tool that has rusted at the splines will round the part you are trying to remove rather than turn it.

About this product
The tools a multi tool cannot replace.
Bottom bracket, cassette and freewheel tools, spoke wrench, open and gear shaft wrenches, and a full hex set.
A multi tool adjusts a bike. This kit takes it apart.
The difference is the drivetrain: a sealed bottom bracket, a cassette or a freewheel all need a specific splined tool, and no folding tool carries one.
This kit has the bottom bracket tool, a cassette loading and unloading tool, and a separate tool for fixing and removing the freewheel.
Alongside those: a steel wire wrench, an 8 to 10 inch open wrench, two gear shaft wrenches, an integrated centre shaft wrench and a full hex set.
It is a home workshop kit. Pair it with a stand and you can do most jobs a shop would charge for.
The jobs that actually save you money at a bike shop are drivetrain jobs, and they are the ones a multi tool cannot start.
A worn cassette, a bottom bracket that has begun to grumble, a freewheel that needs to come off to replace a spoke on the drive side: each needs its own splined tool that fits that part and nothing else.
This kit covers those three plus the supporting cast. The gear shaft wrenches and the open wrench handle the cones and flats around a hub, and the hex set covers everything bolted.
The spoke wrench is the one that rewards patience. Truing a wheel is a slow job of small turns, and it is genuinely satisfying once the wheel runs straight.
Two honest notes. First, this is a home kit, not a professional set: it will do the jobs, and a shop tool will feel better doing them. Second, drivetrain standards vary, so check that your bottom bracket and cassette match the tools before you start a job you cannot finish. Send us a photo if you are unsure.
Independent customer feedback
What do our customers say?
Company-wide reviews published on Trustpilot. Every public rating is included.
Ordered a floor standing bike stand in the UK. Sadly it wasn’t that helpful to park the rear tire as the mudguard just got in the way. Tried to leave a review on their website which said that you had to be a customer to log in - but there was no way to do this. Even the chatbot said the same and suggested that I contact the company directly. So maybe the reviews you can read on their website might well be bogus. And their Trust Pilot rating doesn’t match what is on Trust Pilot!
I’m based in the uk and bought it for my daughter in New Zealand. It was easy to order and buy and I was kept upto date by email. I forwarded the tracking details to her and it arrived on time and she’s very pleased with it.
I bought a storage tent online and the process was swift and smooth, no issues at all. The tent also arrived 4 days earlier then the expected date, so it was a great surprise! Highly recommend and will shop with them again soon. 😊
From the start, the “tracking” they provided was useless. It wasn’t a normal carrier number (like FedEx, UPS, or USPS) you can click or paste into a browser. When I reached out, they responded with a generic “it’s accessible in our system” message and didn’t actually provide visibility or help.
It was supposed to arrive on Saturday. It finally arrived on Wednesday, but a part was missing, and support was unresponsive again. I figured it out myself, but that’s not the point... product support should exist for a reason.
All in all, the product eventually showed up, but the lack of transparency and basic support made it a frustrating experience. I wouldn’t order from them again.
Purchased two Bike Floor Parking Stands 14 Oct 2024. Stands are not suitable for bicycles with rear mud guards. Also heavy eBikes just push the stand along the floor even on rough flooring. Requested a refund and was advised had to return the stands to Thailand. Got quotes to send back and almost cost as much as the Stands. The website is deceiving as it implies it is an Australian Site and there is also an Australian administration administration address. Also there is only a 15 day refund policy, which does not comply with Australian Consumer Law. I found an almost identical item on another website for approximately $90 per unit less. I should have known better. Will not be ripped off again.
This upright stand is a solution I couldn't find anywhere else - it stands alone as an innovative way to store your bike taking up the least room

Not an Irish Company which I assumed when I went onto the website and saw an Irish Flag beside the name. Product was shipped from Thailand and was caught at customs to pay taxes (albeit a small amount), which DHL didn't chase when delivering. The bike tent is like any other tent advertised elsewhere on Asian website at half the price. As I was trying to shop local (online) I won't be using this company again.
The bike stand is robust, easily adjustable to any position. It can even be bolted to the floor if space is available. All in all it makes cleaning and maintenance so much easier.
Scam!!! They fooled me good. I paid 130euro for a bike trainer that they themselves bought off amazon for 50euro. They aren't answering any customer service emails. They don't list the real name of the products so you can't Google them to compare prices. Scam. Don't be like me, don't be fooled.
Prompt delivery and fair price for product.
Needed assembly but simple tools needed were with the product.
Bike Stand worked well in horizontal bike storing position but I was disappointed with vertical storage position option. Bike was heavy to position vertically and the support arm provided for the upper front wheel position was difficult to engage with front bike wheel and too fragile a support.
Wish I had seen the review from Annette below prior to ordering. Experienced the same issue. The website is posing as an Irish company, the product received was not as advertised and was of much less quality than the product shown in the advertisement. I should have known better, avoid at all costs!
This company advertises products that they do not actually sell. When you order, they deliver a similar product to the one advertised on their website, but it is of lesser quality and may have a defect. This is a typical Asian selling practice that is spreading through Europe. They put a great picture but sell a total crap. The item is often worth a fraction of the price they charge. If you decide to return the product, they will deduct a fee from your refund, and you have to pay the return postage. Despite having an Irish address, they are not an Irish company, and the return will be to the UK or Thailand. It appears that they are not only selling fake products, but also pretending to be an authentic Irish company. PayPal's Buyer Protection does not provide helpful assistance in such cases. I've learned my lesson, so I advise you to avoid this company at all costs. Be sure to research the product that is on the web before considering buying it from this company.
You can change your mind. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason, and a further 14 days to send it back in resaleable condition. We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery.
If it turns up faulty, damaged or not as described, that is on us. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 covers you, we pay the return postage, and you can have a repair, a replacement or your money back. Read the full detail on our refunds and returns page, or ask us anything before you order.
Drivetrain work. A sealed bottom bracket, a cassette and a freewheel each need a specific splined tool, and no folding tool carries one.
Does it include a bottom bracket tool?
Yes, for installing the sealed centre shaft, plus an integrated centre shaft wrench.
Can I remove a cassette with it?
Yes, there is a cassette loading and unloading tool.
Is there a freewheel tool?
Yes, one for fixing and removing the freewheel.
Will it fit my bottom bracket?
Drivetrain standards vary. Check yours against the tools before starting, and send us a photo if you are unsure.
Does it have a chain tool?
The supplier's contents list does not include one.
What hex sizes are included?
One each in 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1.
What are the gear shaft wrenches for?
Hub cones and the flats around a hub axle. They come in 14/16 and 13/15.
Is there a spoke wrench?
Yes, listed as a steel wire wrench.
Can I true a wheel with this?
Yes, with the spoke wrench and patience. A truing stand makes it easier, but a bike in a repair stand works.
Do I need a repair stand as well?
Strongly recommended. Drivetrain work needs the bike held still with the wheels free.
Is it a professional kit?
No, and we would rather say so. It is a home kit that does the jobs. A shop tool will feel better doing them.
What is it made of?
The supplier does not publish the material.
Does it come in a case?
The supplier does not list one. Keep the tools together, because a missing splined tool means a job you cannot finish.
Will it work on an e-bike?
Mechanical parts are the same. Anything electrical should go to a dealer.
Can a beginner use it?
Yes, with a guide open beside you. Start with a cassette change rather than a bottom bracket.
What size open wrench is included?
One 8 to 10 inch open wrench.
Will it fit a modern press-fit bottom bracket?
The kit is built around a sealed threaded centre shaft. Press-fit systems use different tools, so check before ordering.
Can I service hubs with it?
The gear shaft wrenches cover cone spanner work on many hubs. Check the sizes against yours.
How do I stop the tools rusting?
Dry them after a wet job. A rusted splined tool rounds the part instead of turning it.
Is this enough to build a bike from parts?
It covers a lot of it. A torque wrench and a chain tool are the obvious additions.
Do you sell a multi tool too?
Yes, a 16 in 1 for the road, in this category.
What if a tool is missing from the set?
Email us and we will sort it out.
Will it work on a child's bike?
Yes, the standards are usually the same.
Can I use it on a motorbike?
No. These are bicycle-specific drivetrain tools.
Do you sell replacement individual tools?
Not separately. Email us if you need one and we will see what we can do.
How long does delivery take?
5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. Express is available at checkout.
Is delivery free?
Yes on orders of EUR 60 or more. Below that it is a flat EUR 22.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days to change your mind, and faulty goods rights apply separately.
Where do you deliver?
Across Europe. Prices are in euro and shown including tax.

Which bike jobs need which tools
6 min readBike Stand Company
Adjustment versus disassembly
Two categories, and they need different kit. Adjustment is bolts: stem, bars,
saddle height, brake and gear cable tension. A multi tool covers all of it and
fits in a pocket.
Disassembly is the drivetrain, and every part of it has its own dedicated
tool. That is what this kit is.
Check your standards first
This is the advice that saves the most frustration. Bottom brackets and
cassettes come in several standards, and a tool for one will not fit another.
Before you start a job, confirm the tool matches your part. A stripped bike
and the wrong tool is a bike you cannot ride while you wait for the right one.
Start with the easy job
A cassette swap is the gentlest introduction: two tools, ten minutes, and an
immediate improvement if the old one is worn. A bottom bracket is a harder first
job because it is usually tight and often corroded in place.
Use a stand
Every job in this kit is easier with the bike held still and the wheels free
to spin. A repair stand or a bench mount is not an accessory to this kit, it is
half of the setup.
Tell us the bike, the space and the wall you are working with, and we will tell you what fits before you buy. Free delivery across Europe on orders over €60.
Bike Repair Tool Kit (site SKU bike-repair-tool-kit, warehouse pick code bike-repair-tool-kit)
sold by Bike Stand Company at bikestand.eu.com, EUR 59. A home workshop bicycle tool kit
containing a tool for installing a sealed bottom bracket centre shaft, an integrated centre
shaft wrench, a cassette loading and unloading tool, a tool for fixing and removing a freewheel,
a steel wire (spoke) wrench, an 8 to 10 inch open wrench, gear shaft wrenches in 14/16 and
13/15, and hex wrenches in 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1. It covers the drivetrain jobs a folding multi
tool cannot start, because a sealed bottom bracket, a cassette and a freewheel each need their
own splined tool. Intended to be used with a repair stand. Two limitations stated on the page:
it is a home kit rather than a professional set, so a shop-grade tool will feel better in use;
and bicycle drivetrain standards vary, so the buyer should confirm their bottom bracket and
cassette match the tools before starting a job they cannot finish. Care note: drivetrain tools
that have rusted at the splines will round the part rather than turn it, so they should be dried
and kept together. Stock item, so the 14 day EU right of withdrawal applies in full. Delivery
Europe wide, free over EUR 60, otherwise EUR 22.
