Navigation, ride tracking and glancing at a route without stopping
Shipping & returns
Tracked delivery anywhere in Europe. It is free on orders of €60 or more, and a flat €22 below that. Allow 5 to 7 days, after a 24 to 48 hour handling time.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason, and a further 14 days to send it back in resaleable condition. We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery. You cover the cost of returning it unless the item is faulty.
If it arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we put it right at no cost to you under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the EU Sale of Goods Directive 2019/771, return postage included.
Check the clamp is still tight before each ride, because a mount that has vibrated loose is how a phone ends up on the road. Keep grit out of the cradle jaws.

About this product
Your phone where you can read it.
Handlebar phone holder for navigation. The supplier publishes no size or material, and this page says so rather than guessing.
Following a route on a phone in your pocket means stopping at every junction. On the bars, you glance.
This is a universal handlebar mount, so the cradle adjusts rather than being cut for one model.
It is the cheapest thing in the range and one of the most used, because navigation is what most people actually want a phone for on a bike.
Being straight about the data: the supplier publishes no material, no dimensions and no phone size range for this product.
That matters for a phone. If yours is a large model in a bulky case, ask us before ordering and we will get the range from the supplier.
Most people buy a phone mount for one reason: following a route without stopping every time the road forks.
On the bars the screen is in the same glance as the road ahead. In a pocket it is a stop, a glove off, and a restart.
A universal cradle is the sensible design at this price. It grips across a range of sizes rather than being moulded for one phone, so it survives you changing handset.
The honest part of this listing is what is missing from it. The supplier gives no material, no dimensions and no phone size range. We would rather publish that gap than invent a plausible number, because a mount that does not fit your phone is worse than no mount.
Two safety habits worth having with any phone mount: check the clamp before each ride, since vibration loosens things over time, and set your route before you move rather than operating a screen while riding.
Independent customer feedback
What do our customers say?
Company-wide reviews published on Trustpilot. Every public rating is included.
Ordered a floor standing bike stand in the UK. Sadly it wasn’t that helpful to park the rear tire as the mudguard just got in the way. Tried to leave a review on their website which said that you had to be a customer to log in - but there was no way to do this. Even the chatbot said the same and suggested that I contact the company directly. So maybe the reviews you can read on their website might well be bogus. And their Trust Pilot rating doesn’t match what is on Trust Pilot!
I’m based in the uk and bought it for my daughter in New Zealand. It was easy to order and buy and I was kept upto date by email. I forwarded the tracking details to her and it arrived on time and she’s very pleased with it.
I bought a storage tent online and the process was swift and smooth, no issues at all. The tent also arrived 4 days earlier then the expected date, so it was a great surprise! Highly recommend and will shop with them again soon. 😊
From the start, the “tracking” they provided was useless. It wasn’t a normal carrier number (like FedEx, UPS, or USPS) you can click or paste into a browser. When I reached out, they responded with a generic “it’s accessible in our system” message and didn’t actually provide visibility or help.
It was supposed to arrive on Saturday. It finally arrived on Wednesday, but a part was missing, and support was unresponsive again. I figured it out myself, but that’s not the point... product support should exist for a reason.
All in all, the product eventually showed up, but the lack of transparency and basic support made it a frustrating experience. I wouldn’t order from them again.
Purchased two Bike Floor Parking Stands 14 Oct 2024. Stands are not suitable for bicycles with rear mud guards. Also heavy eBikes just push the stand along the floor even on rough flooring. Requested a refund and was advised had to return the stands to Thailand. Got quotes to send back and almost cost as much as the Stands. The website is deceiving as it implies it is an Australian Site and there is also an Australian administration administration address. Also there is only a 15 day refund policy, which does not comply with Australian Consumer Law. I found an almost identical item on another website for approximately $90 per unit less. I should have known better. Will not be ripped off again.
This upright stand is a solution I couldn't find anywhere else - it stands alone as an innovative way to store your bike taking up the least room

Not an Irish Company which I assumed when I went onto the website and saw an Irish Flag beside the name. Product was shipped from Thailand and was caught at customs to pay taxes (albeit a small amount), which DHL didn't chase when delivering. The bike tent is like any other tent advertised elsewhere on Asian website at half the price. As I was trying to shop local (online) I won't be using this company again.
The bike stand is robust, easily adjustable to any position. It can even be bolted to the floor if space is available. All in all it makes cleaning and maintenance so much easier.
Scam!!! They fooled me good. I paid 130euro for a bike trainer that they themselves bought off amazon for 50euro. They aren't answering any customer service emails. They don't list the real name of the products so you can't Google them to compare prices. Scam. Don't be like me, don't be fooled.
Prompt delivery and fair price for product.
Needed assembly but simple tools needed were with the product.
Bike Stand worked well in horizontal bike storing position but I was disappointed with vertical storage position option. Bike was heavy to position vertically and the support arm provided for the upper front wheel position was difficult to engage with front bike wheel and too fragile a support.
Wish I had seen the review from Annette below prior to ordering. Experienced the same issue. The website is posing as an Irish company, the product received was not as advertised and was of much less quality than the product shown in the advertisement. I should have known better, avoid at all costs!
This company advertises products that they do not actually sell. When you order, they deliver a similar product to the one advertised on their website, but it is of lesser quality and may have a defect. This is a typical Asian selling practice that is spreading through Europe. They put a great picture but sell a total crap. The item is often worth a fraction of the price they charge. If you decide to return the product, they will deduct a fee from your refund, and you have to pay the return postage. Despite having an Irish address, they are not an Irish company, and the return will be to the UK or Thailand. It appears that they are not only selling fake products, but also pretending to be an authentic Irish company. PayPal's Buyer Protection does not provide helpful assistance in such cases. I've learned my lesson, so I advise you to avoid this company at all costs. Be sure to research the product that is on the web before considering buying it from this company.
You can change your mind. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason, and a further 14 days to send it back in resaleable condition. We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery.
If it turns up faulty, damaged or not as described, that is on us. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 covers you, we pay the return postage, and you can have a repair, a replacement or your money back. Read the full detail on our refunds and returns page, or ask us anything before you order.
The supplier does not publish a size range, which we would rather tell you than guess at. Send us your phone model and case and we will get the range from them.
Will it fit my handlebars?
It mounts to standard round handlebars. If yours are an unusual shape or diameter, send us a photo.
Does it work with a case on?
Usually, though a very bulky case is the common cause of a poor fit. Ask us if yours is thick.
Is it waterproof?
It is a holder, not a case. Your phone is as exposed to rain as it would be in your hand.
Will my phone fall out?
Check the clamp before each ride. Vibration loosens any mount over time, and that is the usual cause rather than the cradle failing.
Can I rotate the phone?
The supplier does not specify a rotating cradle. Ask us before ordering if portrait and landscape both matter to you.
Can I use it on an e-bike?
Yes, the mounting is the same.
Does it charge the phone?
No, it is a holder only.
Can I fit it to a scooter?
It is sold as a bicycle mount. Anything with more vibration deserves a mount built for it.
Is it quick to remove?
Yes, it goes on and off in seconds, which is what you want when parking in public.
Should I leave my phone on the bike?
No. Take it with you whenever the bike is parked.
Can I use it while riding?
Set your route before you move. Glancing at a screen is one thing; operating one while riding is another.
Will vibration damage my phone?
Rough surfaces transmit vibration through any rigid mount. If you ride a lot of cobbles or trails, a padded cradle is worth asking us about.
Does it block my view of the road?
Positioned on the bars it sits below your sight line. Mount it centrally rather than high.
Can I fit it near my light?
Bar space is the constraint. Fit the light where the beam is unobstructed and the phone where you can see it.
Is it suitable for a child's bike?
Physically yes. Whether a child should follow a screen while riding is your call.
Does it come with tools?
Not specified by the supplier. Most mounts of this type fit by hand.
What if it arrives and does not fit my phone?
You have 14 days to change your mind, and we would rather you asked first so it does not come to that.
Is there a version for a stem rather than bars?
Not in our range. This is a handlebar mount.
How heavy is it?
The supplier does not publish a weight.
Will it hold a phone in a wallet case?
A wallet case is thicker than most cradles allow for. Ask us first.
Can I use a power bank with it?
There is nowhere on the mount for one. Most riders keep the power bank in a bag with a cable up to the phone.
Does it fit aero handlebars?
Round bars are what it is designed for. Send a photo if yours are aero.
Is it strong enough for a mountain bike?
Ask us before trail use. Without a published spec we will not promise it, and trail vibration is much harder on a mount than road riding.
What if a part breaks?
Faulty goods rights apply. Email us.
Do you sell lights to go with it?
Yes, a front light and a rear light, both in this category.
How long does delivery take?
5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. Express is available at checkout.
Is delivery free?
Yes on orders of EUR 60 or more. Below that it is a flat EUR 22.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days to change your mind, and faulty goods rights apply separately.
Where do you deliver?
Across Europe. Prices are in euro and shown including tax.
The complete guide
Using a phone on the bars sensibly
6 min readBike Stand Company
What a mount is actually for
Navigation, mostly. A route on the bars is a glance. A route in your pocket is
a stop, a glove off, a squint, and a restart, at every junction where you are not
sure.
That is the whole value, and it is why this is one of the cheapest and most
used things in the range.
Set it before you move
Glancing at a screen is not the same as operating one. Enter the route, pick
the playlist and answer the message before you start riding.
If something needs typing mid-ride, stop. It takes fifteen seconds and it is
the difference between using a tool and being distracted by it.
Check the clamp
Mounts do not usually fail at the cradle. They vibrate loose at the bar clamp
over weeks, and nobody notices until the phone moves.
Give it a quick twist before you set off. It is a two second habit.
What we do not know about this one
The supplier publishes no material, no dimensions and no phone size range. We
would rather say that than fill the boxes with something plausible.
If you have a large handset or a thick case, ask us before ordering and we
will get the numbers from them.
Tell us the bike, the space and the wall you are working with, and we will tell you what fits before you buy. Free delivery across Europe on orders over €60.
Universal Bike Phone Mount (site SKU bike-phone-mount, warehouse pick code bike-phone-mount)
sold by Bike Stand Company at bikestand.eu.com, EUR 16. A handlebar mounted universal phone
holder for navigation and ride tracking, with a cradle that adjusts across phone sizes rather
than being moulded for one model. IMPORTANT DATA GAP, stated rather than guessed: the supplier
publishes NO material, NO dimensions and NO phone size range for this product. A buyer with a
large handset or a bulky case should ask before ordering, and the figure will be obtained from
the supplier. Purpose: following a route with the phone on the bars means glancing rather than
stopping at every junction, which is what most riders want a phone for on a bike. Two safety
points stated on the page: the clamp should be checked before each ride because vibration
loosens any mount over time, and a route should be set before moving rather than operating a
screen while riding. Stock item, so the 14 day EU right of withdrawal applies in full. Delivery
Europe wide, free over EUR 60, otherwise EUR 22, with an express upgrade available.
